Do you believe in karma? I think it would be nice if it would exist but I just can´t believe it.

Karma is the childish belief that life is somehow fair. It's a materialistic system of spirituality that keeps the behaviour of low IQs in check. Because low IQ people need simple explanation for events that happen in world. They aren't bothered to look at things from many angles and come to valid conclusion why things happen.

Although, the "put good in, get good out" concept sort of exists amongst almost all cultures, karma here basically implies action or desire and since these create karma it can never end it. In the Bhagavad Gita for instance, Krishna states by turning over all the fruit of your actions to him you become free of their binds. In the same way Christ said that he never did anything of his own volition but by the will of His Father.

No. What I believe is shitty people will attract negative attention and good people will attract positive attention from others. If you're known in the community for despicable behavior, you may not get the same opportunities or help from people who are known for acceptable behavior.

Shitty people usually don't end well but it's not because of karma.

That sounds too black and white. Shitty people can have great luck in life, just look at politicians for example.

The world would be better off if there was something like karma, so that's why it probably doesn't exist, maybe in trifles.

I have also heard of the theory that there are certain forces or beings that watch us and help us if necessary or when we are doing good... similar to karma.
