    Not really. I dont expect another Person to be interested in a foreign culture. But as for me personally i would appreciate and live parts of another culture especially if had a mate of this culture. Like if I had a chinese girlfriend for example. I could incorporate parts of chinese culture.

    I guess it depends on how passionate you are in regards to your culture. I personally couldn't care less if they didn't show interest in my culture, but it would probably be different for others.

    Depends... it brings a bigger question of if they care about things that are important to you. If your significant other knows something is important/close to you, they should at least try to understand or engage themselves in that thing to make you happy. I'm not saying they have to like it as much as you, but trying to understand it would show it's important to them that you know they're interested in what you do. Some people don't realize they seem uninterested and end up hurting someone else's feelings because of this. I would ask her why she doesn't take the time to enjoy your culture together.
