We are not racists, we publicly dislike people from Africa. We don't want Africa here and that is not racism.

Racism is when I go to Africa telling Black people how I dislike Black people.

I can't be racist in Montenegro.

Black people are NOT welcome on Balkans no matter culture, religion, history... NOT WELCOME!

We should change name to Duklja or Dioclea. Not because Montenegro is racist but because it's our historic name.

Dioclea is named after Imperator Diocletian who formed a city Dioclea north from Podgorica where he moved 1/3 of Roman populace spread from Dioclea to Split.

In a gratitude to Diocletian, city and region were named Dioclea.

It was still name for Montenegro since 7th century till 14th century when thanks to Nemanjic occupation this term faded

Serbia never respected others and different to them and was always looking for a way to discredit, destroy and consume different and opposite people and opinions.

You cant create a state where you impose only your world view.

Zeta was previous region on the most of modern Montenegro.

Zeta and Duklja are not same as Montenegro. Some territories which were in Dukja and Zeta are not in modern Montenegro, and some territories which are in modern Montenegro were not in Zeta and Dulkja.
There is not Zeta neither Duklja without Skadar and area around.

Nope, before Zeta name was Duklja. Montenegro is successor of both Zeta and Duklja.
And all lands that Montenegro has now were part of Duklja.
