Ukrainians,Russians,Belarussians,Latvians,Lithuani ans.
Bulgarians somehow.
No idea how Estonians consider themselves, same about Finns.
Swedes do consider themselves Nordic people.
Poles,Czechs,Slovaks,Hungarians are Central Europeans.
Romanians are between South Europe and Central Europe.
East Europeans are extremely tough people,nothing bad with being an East European.

How come bulgaria is Eastern European and Romania something between Central and Southern Europe?

I am kind of indifferent to being called Eastern European. I don't mind it but I won't introduce myself as one either. I just prefer to call myself my ethnicity.
