Yes. Portuguese and Greeks have more European looking types. First of all they lack those Central Asian, South Asian, East Asian looking types. MENA looking types might also be less among Greeks and Portuguese.

Facial features differ yes, but I would not say complexion is noticeably different. In fact I would say I've met more exotic-looking Greeks than Turks that weren't Kurdish.

Erdogan looks very European in some pics, not really in some others. He's on the lighter end for Turks no doubt.
