Well, I see more Med-ish and Alpinoid faces on the Wallonia thread. The faces here seem to be longer, so more high-skulled, rather horsy.

see, now here we have significantly more Nordid influence than in Wallonia. Some of the people in this set could easily be Dutch, Danish, or perhaps even Norwegian.

Of course, there is still a share of pred med people. They seem to be a minority, however.

If Anything, my opinion has only been bolstered by the latest pictures. Flanders is decisively more Germanic than Wallonia

I used to, probably incorrectly, assume that Belgians were ethnically all similar but some of them spoke French and some Dutch but I'm now thinking Walloons might be ethnic French and Flemish, ethnic Dutch.

I agree. But in France, Normandy,Burgundy, Brittany, Alsace-lorraine and french flanders are similar. Those regions are more Germanic.The same thing happens in Wallonia and Flanders
