Anti-Semitism on the far left

I read about a maoist group in berlin germany. They call themselfes youthresistance and they are anti-semitic, they beat up and harassed jews and they are violent and beat up other leftist politicians who dont align with their radical maoist views. Some said they are a bunch of muscular bald guys, and that they appear more neo-nazi then leftist though, and could be tarned. Not sure, but anyways, this prompted me to discuss anti-semitism on the far left since it is well known phenomenon. Anti-Semitism is a form of racism because it is a against a ethnic group, people, religion, nation etc. It is Fascist and how does that fit with anti-fascism? https://www.tagesspiegel.de/berlin/b.../23738326.html

Well ya "anti-semitism" is found from left to right and center on the political spectrum. Its still a minority position. Although the people/countries near Israel have the highest rate for a reason.

If they were an ethnic group (which I can agree on) then theyd be on more census (without resistance).

The issue is why anti-semitism applies to a group who speaks semitic language less and why it ignores other semitic groups.

I think groups like these are more akin to '3rd position', rather than far left, although they share similar ideologies, mostly environmental issues and such.

Not really. People on the left tend to be anti-zionist/anti-israel (which is very different from anti-semitism), because they care about human rights and tend to be more aware of the evil zionism has and is causing.

The thing is, leftist media is completely zionist owned and doesn't often reflect what leftists themselves think. For instance, just recently a CNN journalist was fired just for expressing his opposition against the zionist settlements in Palestine (which btw are considered illegal by the whole international community). So they are often trying to influence and manipulate the people on the left.

Another prime example is that of the more than 50 or something US congressmen, senators etc who have Israeli citizenship (meaning they are zionist), they are all Democrats.

And now you might wonder; why do zionists try to influence the left so much and not the right, who are often portrayed as anti-semitcs? Because they aren't! Apart from a tiny minority of white nationalists who hate Jews as a whole, most people on the right are literally dumb evangelicals who worship Israel who they don't need to be 'influenced', because they are already brainwashed.
