This is not pedophilia. But yes, women do it with underage teens or preteens as well yet they are not consider disgusting sick evil like men do, sadly.

It's called hebephilia, I believe. The problem is the teachers are taking advantages of their positions of authority thinking that because they are women it's not the same as when a man does it. They are wrong. They are the adult in the situation .But it doesn't end there. People don't seem to be offended when it's a grown woman and a 12 year old boy, let alone a 16 year old. Society is warped and sick.
