Hebrew obviously, although the standard Israeli is based upon Ashkenazi accent which is not sounding Semitic but rather pseudo German-Slavic

The "Mizrahi" accent of Hebrew certainly is closer to Arabic

Persian does not sound Arabic at all
It sounds very different
I have seen today Persian family
it sounds very softly
Persians are also very cultural and individually free people like mostly of Indo-European peoples
Arabs are very different for them and Arabic also sounds very different
Its real Semitic Near East language

Ehhhhhh their cultures are quite similar to each other. Belly dancing originated in Persia. They are also some of the most religious Muslims. Their script uses the Arabic alphabet. Persians are a Middle Eastern peoples just like Arabs.
