The royal family members don't count as genuinely ethnic Spaniards, since they have mixtures from distinct European royal families through all Europe.

The only full Spaniard (Northern Spaniard) is the woman on the left, because she is a regular Spaniard who doesn't come from any royal family, and got married with the current king of Spain.

Mostly in Northern Italy since they cluster the closest to the French and the Spaniards than to other Southern Europeans like Greeks.

Regarding the thread question, I would say North Italy and Bosnia in terms of frequency of blond hair and light eyes, and Northern Spain in terms of skin pigmentation.

Also, I don't think that Bosnia is lighter than Northern Italy in terms of light hair/eye frequencies.
