Drink that is called Rakı in Turkey has different namings in differenf countries, and the Rakija in the Balkans is a different drink.

It's a different process then because even with plum we have it white. It's usually done with grapes though, very rarely plum or juniper.

There's no raki here. We've got our own spirit that can be made from almost any fruit (plums, apricots, apples, grapes, etc.) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%A1linka
I don't know how similar or different it is to Raki but I'm not a fan of alcohol in general. Especially spirits, they just taste horrible.
