The issue would be Albania's military entering the conflict. The Albanians in Macedonia would be paramilitary and the Macedonia government would take an active role against them considering they had a previous issue of KLA infiltrating Macedonia after the Kosovo War and fighting government forces there and so that would be a lesson learned.
