As a general advice, if you want views on your tube, you could really try that method, that you try sing songs from obscure countries sang in obscure tongues. That way you could get that effect: omg this American dude is singing this loved song of our beloved country, that is very very loved here but which nobody else knows AND HE DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK OUR LANGUAGE!!! I WANNA HEAR HOW IT SOUNDS

It could work or maybe not.
