Well I live in the USA and there is definitely a lot of (real)racial tension here. I dont commonly see interracial couples either in spite of living in a diverse area. This is not the case in the UK/Australia from what I've seen.
I'm nobody's sock and many users here can attest to that.

I dont actually live in Alaska. I just put that there as a joke, as many other things in my description. I dont know any of those other people as I am new here and dont spend much time, but the fact that you think I could be fractal is hilarious.
As I said, people here already know Im not a sock. So it doesnt really matter what you think.

From the time when USA became the melting pot you start seeing this kind of abomination. Canada on the other hand does better job by not eradicating or mixing cultures into one.

Slavery was a tiny fraction of the whole American history. Melting pot as an idea started around the 80s and I feel thats one of the major factors that led to the downfall. Ironically African Americans are the ones who didnt completely assimilated into this new American culture

America is amazing. That's the truth. I've been there. Culture, lifestyle and people are amazing. If it were so bad it wouldn't have thousands and thousands of people trying to get into the country day to day.

Okay, and?
Of course our country is race obsessed. That's half the problem, we are race obsessed, completely divided along race and politics, we choose our side based on skin color, and we PRETEND that theres isn't biological differences between races. THAT is illogical, and there are no legs to stand on for anyone.
