Ugliest and most annoying languages?

I speak Dutch fluently but I don't like it that much lol. I don't dislike another language though, every language sounds interesting to me.

Complaining about the Netherlands, also a Dutch trait. Everything is too self-evident. Still not as bad as Flemish in that department, though. I'm always surprised whenever I'm in NL how people respect the Dutch language more and also greet each other more readily than I'm used to.

Anyway, i just remember one Belgian movie, when, in one scene, the Flemish guys from Belgium are mocking the Dutch family.
Is the difference between Dutch and Flemmish mentality so large?

I hate such Flemish people to be honest. And I knew it was that film. It does show that handicapped people can be narrow-minded as well, even though that Dutchman was not sympathetic neither (physically assaulted a guy in a wheelchair, where he just could use words).

Many of us like Dutch people. However, it does compare a bit to Czech and Slovaks I feel, but we speak the same language whereas Czech and Slovaks speak mutually intelligible languages.

That film seems to be famous internationally. I remember a Pole on ABF once mentioning it (inactive now). That guy was truly convinced Flemish people hated Dutch, despite my opposition to his belief.

I actually talked about that film a week ago. Not my favourite film, but it was alright. The director seems to have a bias versus Dutch people himself maybe, I dunno. Those actors are Dutch themselves, so it's no serious aversion at that.

In Antwerp, where I live, people tend to be more positive toward Dutch people though, whereas the protagonists of that film are from around Ghent. Then again, Ghent has recently gained a statue of King Willem I (not the most favourite Dutch king), in memory of the Canal Ghent-Terneuzen en Ghent University that were built during those short 15 years that were the Dutch era.
