Do rich British children or rich Colombian children pass better in Argentina/Uruguay/South Brazil?

This is a serious, non-trollish thread. I would hypothesise that, in Latin America's comparatively White European axis of Argentina-Uruguay-Southern Brazil, Colombians - at least those who are either White or relatively light-skinned Mestizo - would still pass more easily than Brits would.

Surely 'rarely' is a bit of an exaggeration, isn't it? After all, I thought Argentina had quite substantial populations of Brits, Irish, French, Germans, Poles and Ukrainians, quite apart from the fact that a notable minority of Italians and Spaniards can look (pseudo) Northern Euro themselves.

In Argentina there are barely British, the northern look in the Argentines comes mostly from Germans, Russians, Ukrainians, Baltics, Poles, Austrians and Scandinavians (would also include Italians from the north but few Germanic and northern look).

I would say closer to the Colombian children, although I also see many Colombians in the photos that have aspects that would be very atypical in Argentina.
