I don't think just the color of your hair matters. It's a combination of your facial structure, hair color, skin tone and eye color that defines whether you are a swarthy or not.
For instance, I have hazel eyes and light brown hair but my skin is actually fair and sensitive to tanning. My phenotype is typically Dinarid coupled with Nordid influences which is typical in Serbia and very rare in Bulgaria. It's a combination of different features, always.
It's never about a guy's eyes or hair or skin tone or guy's face but a combination of all basic human features.
I have a non-blood relative who is quite tanned but has blue eyes and an Alpine phenotype and that makes him a non-swarthy despite his tanned skin because his eyes and his phenotype is so dominant to make the tan not so significant in determining one's "swarthyness".

They not just resemble Bulgarians they are Bulgarians. Portugal princess, I dare to say that you can not be compete enough to just post random pictures of people calling themselves Macedonians, Bulgarians, Bosniaks... etc because you don't have much personal experience and you can not be sure are they from pure background or not...
