I would add Venezuela due to the massive immigration of coastal Colombians. I said in another thread that Venezuela has always been a predominately mestizo-leaning triracial country (triracials with more Euro and Amerindian than SSA contribution) on average, that gets more mestizo and less SSA as you get farther from the Caribbean coast, with large white/near white and Euro mestizo minorities, with a mostly white/Euro mestizo region (the Venezuelan Andes), and where blacks and heavily black mixed people had always been mostly concentrated in some few coastal pockets with a ridiculously small area and population compared to the whole Venezuelan population and territory. But coastal Colombian immigration has caused a disproportional growth of slums in the large Venezuelan cities, and a dis-proportionally high frequency heavily black admixed people in those slums.
Summarizing, the massive immigration of coastal Colombians has increased the overall SSA input in the Venezuelan population, and has caused the decrease of Euro input by causing the emigration of many middle to upper class Venezuelans fleeing from the insecurity caused by such immigration. Very sad
