    False! There are way more Alpine/Dinaric-Mediterranean mixes in Southern Italy (60%!!). Thus there are way more Sicilians that would pass as Germans than British. Many Germans are Alpines and Dinarids. The Atlantid ( Nordic - Atlanto Mediterranean) is more common in the Atlantic regions of France than in Sicily.
