It's quite simple. Sex drive is androgenic. The hormones that cause sexual interest also masculinize the face. There's a reason lesbian couples have the least sex out of all gender pairings (and gays the most)
There is a transient period around puberty where women can get "horny" because children have very few sex hormones--I think a lot of guys experience this in middle school and possibly high school, I had girls hitting on me that wouldn't bat an eye at me now.
But after they hit baseline around their 20s, the transient stops and it's back to low sexual interest.

While we're talking about sexuality and physical appearance , I want to say something that irritates me . When women say that all good looking men are either married or homosexual. Studies show that straight men, on average, are actually better looking than gay men. I'm not sure why this stereotype emerges that gay men are all good looking. The ones we see gay in Hollywood are not what the average gay guy looks like.

Both lesbians and gays are a product of environment and psychological issues/abuse, there is no "gay gene" or something

It's funny that I run into this because recently my friend from Bosnia has told me that she might be lesbian. I have been friends with her for about 5 years and in that time that I can recall, she never approached any man or was approached by one and once confessed that she masturbated every night. Then suddenly she started talking to this girl on snapchat from Australia and now she comes to me to say that she could be gay. I see the situation as her being given attention by somebody (she was born in a muslim bosnian family) and that made her change her perception of herself to accommodate to the attention that she was receiving.
