Supreme Council of Ukraine issues a bill to declare war on Russian Federation

A member of the Supreme Council of Ukraine (Verkhovna Rada) asks the president of Ukraine Poroshenko to declare war on Russian Federation. The name of this person is Vitaly Kupriy (Виталий Николаевич Куприй) and his bill to declare war was supported by a number of other members of Verkhovna Rada.
