Most likely the opposite. I found methods and practices used for calculations in this part of the world appalling and more often pushing doctors to set procedure at earlier date than natural. Because it's normal for doctors to have no time at the correct date due to busy schedule and at later date it may lead to complications. So they prefer to stimulate it.
So she was at 6th month and never noticed? That's only possible if she is morbidly obese whale. If I remember correctly baby is changing position on 5th month resulting in sudden increase in size of mom's belly. There is no way an average sized woman won't notice that.
Based on information you've given chances are she got pregnant in April. Not 100% but very high.
If you're willing to take care of your baby tell her that right away. Just be open about your doubts and firmly insist on paternity test.

nah she isnt in any way fat or obese
the last few times i saw her in august 2018, she looked liked she had put on weight around the belly and complained about a stomach ache
many women dont show much until v late

don't think she was my baby after all
havent seen that girl since the day before it all kicked off with covid over here in the UK (March 2020)
that girl had no idea who the father was.. she didnt even know she was pregnant until she was 6 months gone !
the probably father was actually convicted of county lines drug dealing for 6 years, the very day she was born
the girl was attending chester uni around 2016-17, that's where i met her and and started seeing her on the casual a few times a month
relationship was based on sex really
