There is some inconsistency in regards to the size of the regions, for some countries its much bigger than for others. I tried to show some regions within every country so smaller countries have some representation in addition to larger ones.

Croatia is traditionally divided into 3-4 regions, but I decided to make NW Croatia its own region by dividing central Croatia (Croatia proper) since I've seen it distinguished many times here.

Historic Moldova includes Bujak and north Bukovina, but those are in Ukraine so they weren't included.

I made the Rashka region of Serbia bigger than most modern maps depict it because it was historically larger and the Bosnia region felt too big based on it being historically much smaller. I had some trouble with B&H's ethnographic regions so it might look bad.

So what are your thoughts? Do you like it? Any areas I should fix?

Mapchart only lets you select the North Aegean and South Aegean. There is no Cyclades or Dodecanese option. The South Aegean region consists of some of both those regions.

I would have made the Cyclades and Dodecanese their own separate regions. I may make a separate map for Greece if I can. The website was pretty bad for Greece. You couldn't divide it any further than the largest divisions available. Weird they got Slovenia down to the tiniest subdivision but not Greece.

amazing man. how do you know europe so well ? i mean, it has some slight errors but attention to detail it displays is great. i could not make map of asia like that

It think it's pretty good. I would say that Elbasan should be put into Ghegnia as over half of the county is Gheg Albanian, the Elbasan and Librazhd districts of the county are Gheg regions. The part of Montenegro which was covered in dark red(put down as "Montenegro") should be called Brda imo as most of it seems to cover that area.
