    But to be honest many Poles have very good ability to tan. And tan to dark swarthy level even. Tanning to red instead of olive/swarthy is in minority.

    Its general rule among balto-slavs i guess, Balts are a bit weaker in tanning, but nothing compared to Brits.

    They look like ordinary Poles (only a bit more tanned).

    In every population are dark and light ones! Yes the majority of Poles (55%) have light hair ( from the lightest blond to medium brown shades) and approximately 69%-72% have light eyes ( blue/gray/green/hazel). The majority has a "Nordish" complexion due to large proportions of Neo-Danubians, Norids, East Baltids, Ladogans and a minority of Nordids. Though a good number have dark hair or dark eyes too. Some Poles are Alpinids, Dinarids, North Pontids, Pre-Slavics, Pontids.
