I don't think it's even for the local market. There you import stuff from abroad (a lot of Chinese nonsense). It's just for TV. I checked your railway rolling stock btw: it's mostly American. (the older trains) and Spanish. The industry that is there (car mostly) is ENTIRELY foreign owned and produces cheap crap under license. As for the train picture: that looks like a foreign train getting a paint job. As for your planes ? You must be idiot to believe that these are functioning planes.

Indeed: cheap Chinese stuff and not even your own designs (and that's a mistake people often make about the F-35: while the name Lockheed is on the tin, the plane is as "American" as the Mustang was which was also a trans-Atlantic product). The Hongdu JL-8 is a Chinese trainer that couldn't take on anything but lightly armed rebels. The moment a Rafale (French), a Gripen (Swedish or an F35 arrives at the scene, it's game over. The pilot might just as well jump out because then he would get one of these stuck up his ass:

Hell.. even an old Mirage 2000 would blow it clean out of the sky. Me spitting at it would. That is if Chinese crap, tinkered by a bunch of unskilled Egyptians wouldn't crash on its own.

but let me tell you .. we operate various kinds of fighter planes .. We have American f-16 (about 220 one)
we have Russian Su-35
we have Russian Mig-29 M
we have french Rafale
we have Mirage-2000
we have Italian alphajet
we have chinese k-8
we have czech l-39

and the list goes on. : )

Wrong. You don't have the Su-35 yet and you can't even afford them. You have some Rafale's but you barely have the money to maintain them. Your army wouldn't even last 10 minutes in the field against a regular army. Notice that shooting civilians at Tahrir Square is not the same as fighting a regular army.
