Same with Greek, Italian and Eastern European Aussies respectively. You can easily distinguish, as each ethnic group marries their own. Can confirm, as I have approximately dozens of relatives in Australia, all stemming from my maternal grandmother's two siblings.

The data I provided wasn't from a fringe minority but from an Australian census which involves collecting information from the Australian population. These census are conducted every 5 years and are compulsory.
I don't know what you have heard about the Greeks here but I can tell you that assimilation has occurred very quickly. By the 3rd generation it's a rare exception that Greek would still be spoken.

When I refer to the Greeks in Australia, I don't mean how many of them speak Greek. I refer to the ethnic makeup. Sure, they have fully assimilated, as most speak only English. But I'm not referring to language. Most Greeks in Australia are still fully ethnic Greeks.

I agree. Besides British descent he has: German, French, Dutch, Swedish, and Belgian descent. I believe THIS makes the "American" look. A lot of people keep saying Italian on here, but LOL! In the south, that isn't common. Italians only arrived on the scene, recently. South Carolina, for instance, was an entry point for French immigrants a LONG time ago. I think this was a bigger impact on the "American" look than almost any other event. Canadians also have lots of French influences, obviously. German influence is massive, too.

I provided you with data which shows that they have mixed, including Greeks whose rate of intermarrige has increased with every generation.
