So who is more caucasoid North African Middle Eastern or Central Asian people ?

The Middle East. Then North Africa, and last Central Asia.
North Africa has more Sub-Saharan mixture than the Mideast, and Central Asia has a lot of Mongoloid mixture on average.
North Africans can be upwards of 10% Sub-Saharan on average. I dont think Yemenis are even that much.
