In Serbia most of Serbs spoke Latin and had Latin and Greek names in 1000 A.D.

After collapse of Roman Empire, Slavic speakers called them "Traitors" and made them shepherds and poor people in general naming them (Vlachs)

1000 A.D Serbian native Stefan Vojislav fought those Vlachs and Latins.

from 1000 to 1800 A.D. Slavic speakers gained advantage and have Slavicized most of Latins that in 1850 Ottoman Government said that only 200.000 Latins were left in Serbia later Serbian and Yugoslav states completely assimilated those Latin speakers.

I think there would have been more Romance speakers at that date.

I don't know, I am not very familiar with the region's history. I am sure there were both Romance and Slavic speakers in that particular year though, considering that by 700 AD Slavs had already settled in most of the Central and Southeast Europe and the last Romance language in the Balkans got extinct only in the 19th century (Dalmatian), if we exclude the Romanian language.

In the year 1000 definitely more Slavic speakers.

That was ca. 500 years after Slavic migrations.

Slavicization of the Balkans was very rapid, just like replacement of Celtic by Old English language in England (in the year 1000 Celtic-speakers existed in the Old North, Cornwall and Welsh Borders but the rest of England was most likely already fully Germanicized).
