It's actually a real place. Regardless of what "modern teaching" may say. You can't change facts. Of course, in hell you will also be separated from God. Indeed. And that's the worst of it, because where God has withdrawn his presence, everything evil dominates... like pain, suffering, loneliness, lack of love, lack of compassion, lack of everything that is good.
