Islamic theology literally teaches that worshiping other gods besides Allah is the worst crime that can be committed. Worse than rape, murder, genocide, etc. It is the most virulent manifestation of Abrahamism to mar the face of the Earth; a truly barbaric belief system.

It would be absurd for a Muslim to 'congratulate' Christians for Christmas. In Abrahamic religions idolatry (which the worship of Jesus as the son of God would fall under in Muslim and Jewish eyes) is serious business. If you believe in any of this religious nonsense idolatry is worse than murder. It would be at the very top of the list. There is no way around it.

The problem arises when a significant portion of people also knows there is no way around it and react accordingly to the logic of their religion. Most people only wear the trappings of their religion. It becomes a danger when it's taken seriously.

Did you watch the video you posted? I did. Lets be something called 'honest.' He literally says not to treat non-Muslims unjustly. He literally says not to go out and kill them.

Honesty is a virtue and you turn people off from your argument when you're not being honest. People watch the video and see that your words don't match what is said. It makes you look absurd and not someone to be trusted.

That is just lip service. Saying that if you congratulate Christians for Christmas is worse than murder, it is more than promoting the violence.

What you're doing is taking what he said and adding your own twist either because of willful ignorance or dishonesty. If I say spitting is worse than murder that doesn't mean you should kill those that spit and nor would a normal person think that is what I mean. He's using an extreme - he also brought up other sins - to make a point. Murder is an extreme but idolatry is even worse. And he's right in the context of his religion.

So, this dude isn't explicitly saying to murder people for celebrating Christmas, but we all know if a Christian said the same thing against Islam and one of their holy holidays, it would be xenophobic and racist.
