But that's just Belarussian mentality, thre is no neighbouring country that Belarussians hate or atleast dislike.

On a civil level. Concerning diplomatic relations, they have always been pro-Russia and intentionally distanced themselves from the West. As of lately, the opposite has been happening. With the invasion of Ukraine the Belarussian authorities have started to straighten more their relations with the West on a diplomatic level, especially with their neighbours like Poland.

At the same time there are lots of Russians and especcialy Cossacks of Russia who have some metaphysical hatred towards Poles and Poland. By the way the same I've seen in Eastern part of Ukraine, not sure about Western part of Ukraine. Seems something very deep and sensitive.

I saw a video on youtube on which random Russians from St. Petersburg were asked about Poland and yeah it kinda was true. I know only one Russian (girl) though personally.
