Are you kidding me? You're wrong on all three counts. Neoclassical architecture is all over the place. The White House, US Capitol building, Supreme Court building, NY Stock Exchange, etc. Most county courthouses are neoclassical. Neoclassical architecture is found on the reverse sides of our $5, $10, $20, and $50 banknotes. Our motto E pluribus unum is found on all our coins, as well as our $1 and $5 banknotes.
Our system of government marries the republicanism of Rome with the democracy of Greece. The Roman Republic was a colossal inspiration to our Founding Fathers. Limited government and checks and balances. George Washington was like an emulation of Cincinnatus.
Cultural? What is that supposed to refer to? No one today carries on the actual culture of ancient Rome, but we all have some degree of influence.
Linguistic? The majority of the words in the English dictionary are of Latin or Greek origin. You can barely construct sentences naturally without using such vocabulary.
