My East Eurasian is mostly Siberian and even Arctic/Beringian, etc. on all calculators. It's Uralic for sure. The Mongols left little genetic impact on European Russia, otherwise Y-DNA like C would be much more common and it's uncommon even among Volga Tatars (5% or less).

Tatars brought Y-dna like E, J and some R1a1 clades etc to Russian. Also yes you have Tatar blood. Those calcs are inherently flawed as they just force your Asian into some general vague Eastern component. With proper references and proper tests your true ancestry will show.

Dude just check what y-dna Tatars carry. They are loaded with E, J etc. Also Central Asia is loaded with those haplos. It doesn't take much to make a 1+1 calculation here.
