I agree, with only one factor. The Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine led a war in the East of Ukraine and occupation of the Crimea.
But, this is just a formality. Today, the church and faith no influences society.
Church in the XXI century takes only a historic memorieas (museum).
The world is godless.

keep going believing in the Christian society.
But, maybe you just do not know what a Christianity is like.
Christian is not the one, who wears a cross or someone who goes to church.
true Christian can be called that, who lives everyday according to biblical preserves.
And those who call themselves Christian of them, 90% not read Bible.
Not to mention the observance of the bible laws

I think autocephaly for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is a good thing. I know it seems to create discord, but autocephaly is something a lot of Ukrainians want, and the conflict arose and raged on without autocephaly.
Salvation through Christ is open to ALL people and ALL nations. But it is not enough merely to call yourself Christian, attend church services, and "go through the motions," as it were. You must accept Christ as your Lord and Savior and you must have a personal relationship with God through the Holy Spirit.
So my reasoning is - to many Ukrainians, Moscow is essentially the epitome of evil. This hatred does not ordinarily (and absolutely should not) extend to Russians as people. God commands us to love not only our neighbors, but all people - including other peoples and nations. But Moscow -- i.e., the Kremlin -- is seen as fomenting the war in the east and as a force for corruption. If the local churches were affiliated solely with Russia, it may cause Ukrainians to reject Christianity entirely. On the other hand, I don't see how the autocephaly of the Ukrainian church would risk alienating any followers of the Russian church from God.

Bartholomew broke the Church rules. He prayed with schismatics and Greek Catholics(Uniate ) .
The pseudo-patriarch Filaret is not recognized as a patriarch in Constantinople. But in this new 'church' he bears the title of the 'Honorable Patriarch'
Tomos about 'autocephaly' in the hands of the Uniate (heretic). On the right is criminal authority.
