Christmas Eve is near, and i wanted to create this thread to talk about anything related with it, like where are you going to spend your time with in christmas eve like family or friends, or how does your tree look like, or also what are the presents that you're planning to give...

I will start myself:

This year i will spend the christmas eve with my maternal grandparents, my parents and other relatives from here Mallorca as every year, we always do the invisible friend game too!

Okay, imagine that you get randomly the name of a relative of you that participes in the game, then you have one month to buy a gift for that person, but the funny part is trying to think what kind of present will you buy for her or him something related with her or he's tastes, and then in the christmas eve's that person must guess your present from many others and the best part is to see their reaction of the present you gave

I don't know personally many people that do that only another friend of mine, but if other Spanish users participe in this thread they could tell us.

Yas, Secret Santa is a lot of fun!

I plan spending this Christmas at my close friends house, it’s already a tradition since I don’t have any family in the US.

Here is my Christmas tree:

I’m feeling impulsive, I am going out to get a Christmas tree in the cold in a few minutes. My church is hosting something on Christmas Day with a lot of traditional food, mouglé is the thing you make when a child is born and also for Christmas that I like. I will probably cook something (or try at least, I am awful at cooking…) traditional as well, one of the dishes Lebanese don’t make so I won’t get it at the church. I have to go directly after Christmas to work away from home, so that is not very exciting even though I love my work. I want to go visit my brother in France, but since I am becoming a U.S. citizen soon I decided to wait on that until I get that and the passport. Overall, a quiet Christmas, but maybe that is a good thing.
