Lol... I'm mostly of Spanish descent and I got blue eyes. My Spanish mom has green eyes, and some members in her family have blue eyes.

And my maternal family is from Mallorca, in south eastern Spain, so go and figure.

Blue eyes in Spain are not typical, but are not uncommon either.

Blue eyes in Spain exist in such percentage that saying it is rare is an absolute exageration. Rare would be 1-2-5%, not 20% as probably does.

Croatia is geographically in Southern Europe, but some people consider it more "central european", that's why I don't know if I'm right.

Also Slovenia is not situated in central Europe...and Hungay is in east europe.. So Croatia is a balkan state in south europe..
