Im pretty sure its mostly due to culture. Its not cause they're considered unattractive or something. Majority of menas would be seen as latinos/southern euros in US anyways, features wise atleast. If they adapt to the culture, they'd be up there with whites and latinos in terms of attractiveness and popularity.

Only middle eastern Christians(namely Lebanese, Syrians and Palis) would be socially accepted as white/whitish in the western world. North Africans wouldn't, not by a long shot.

yeah north africans have visible SSA vibes so they wont be seen as white but they could pass as puertoricans/dominicans which again falls under latino category and latinos overall are very popular in the US as you know. Especially in Cali and NY.

Yes, but North Africans don't look like middle easterners, hence why I think this "MENA" term is ridiculous. Arabic-speaking Syrians and Lebanese are genetically closer to South Euros than to North Africans. Couple that with the fact that they are christians in the western world and you have better cultural compatibility and a higher chance of being absorbed into the whiteosphere than any NA. The racial barrier between the western world, as well as sectarian and cultural disparities are too big of an obstacle to overcome in the west. Ask the Moroccan and Algerians in France/Holland for instance. Compare them with the Lebanese in Latin America and you can see the differences.

Since you are now Christian, you would assimilate a lot easier in the West compared to your muslim counterparts. The fact that your phenotype also passes in Northern West Asia/Southern Europe would help your case too.

what kind of christians are you talking about? Christian religion exist formally in paper. But they do not keep the scripture most people who consider themselves Christians, don't know what the bible is.

By the way, what about the Arab girls in North Africa? I suppose they daughters must be married to muslim men but not necessarily their ethnicity?
It's hypocrisy, Gulf Arabs are the most hypocrit ones in the whole Arab world when it comes to religion and customs/traditions. Keeping up appearances is very important in these cultures.

MENA Christians = Copts, Maronites, Orthodox, Assyrians etc... they are much more religious and traditional than Christian Westerners in average. I actually have few Copt friends who are even more strict than many Muslims when it comes to education, especially for daughters (virginity required, no dating, not allowed to go outside as much as they want with their friends etc...).

North Africans are also very tribal, sometimes marrying someone from another region in the same country can be source of conflicts in the family.

Again, it depends on the family and on the individual, where they live... we are all different. But it's getting more and more frequent although it's not widely accepted yet.

What scares people are culture and/or religious differences.

There are many mixed marriages between turks and moroccans where i live. i find it weird. i would strongly disapprove this in turkey, but diaspora is a bit different and can live with it.

I'd still prefer it if they married native girls or girls from balkan, caucasus and yes central asia.
