It’s not that they are not popular, it’s just that MENA people are in average much more communautarist/sectarian than many other ethnic groups, especially when it comes to women, like someone else said it in the thread, they are tribal cultures. Women don’t date/marry outside of the group because it can be considered shameful for the family.
It’s slowly changing especially for MENA living in the West, I know many MENA women now who are dating outside of their ethnic group but in general it’s not really accepted (for Christians and Muslims both by the way, although for Muslims it’s way worse because marrying non Muslim men is not allowed).

I think SE people are not seen attractive here. They give Gypsy vibe which is seen unattractive. Middle Eastern people like Mediterranean varieties-iranid-alpine-pontid mixes among their populations. Our telenovelas prove that. They are very popular among MENA women especially, despite of having shitty scenarios but guys from modelling agencies.

Well, North African and Levantine phenotypes are considered to be the most attractive at least in the Arab world. The point is that MENA men don't usually settle down with White women due to societal perceptions that they're not faithful to them nor they have family oriental values like say South and SE Asians and even Africans and Hispanics have. Arab women for the most part settle down with other MENA and Muslim groups, very rarely with European and non-Muslim men.

However, it is really unheard of that they would marry with non-Muslim and non-Arab men. I mean, I know a couple of Palestinian women married to Hispanic men but never with say non-Hispanic Whites or Aframs.

Lebanese Christians that are living in the western world are like that, not their Muslim counterparts. I don't know about Kurdish or Turkish girls so I can't speak on their behalf.
