If it's only on internet pages try ctrl& + or - for zooming in&out ,otherwise it's screen resolution on control panel.

thks for advice but not really just internet pages. Many software as well, tried to find solutions but seems troublesome so i give up

I'm not an expert myself either ,if you haven't done it already then type on youtube "change screen resolution windows(the windows you have)" and watch steps.
If you already done it and it wasn't both I guess it's the limit of resolution your laptop has..now not that it is important(since you can do your job) an external monitor could be a solution when you want to use it as a desktop
