Indeed, I doubt that most Euro regions of Mexico would be as white as Concepción area, which is in average 75/80% Euro...

    Yes.

Chile, obviously, mainly for having had throughout its history significant European immigration waves comparable to those of Argentina and Uruguay (although to a lower degree, of course.)

According to Carlisto way work the most Euro region is in Northeastern Mexico.

which has an average of 79% Euro. Carlisto said

Northeastern Mexico is way too European, but a lot of the Northeastern GedMatch users were coming out from 4-20% Amerindian,

Does Mexico have something like the Colombian Choco region? You go there and you'll think you went through a wormhole and ended up in freaking Wakanda. IMO, Colombia is the most heterogenous country out of the three, simply out of its sheer racial diversity. That's not to say Chile and Mexico are far behind, they're quite close, actually. But as a whole they're more homogenous for being mainly White and Amerindian countries, without any sizeable African descent population.

The peak of European immigration as a percentage of their total population in Chile was 3%, far from 38% in Argentina and 62% in Uruguay. Chile is not considered to New Settlement Land like Australia, Uruguay, Canada, Argentina, United States or New Zealand. Chilean Europeanness is colonial and has its hegemony due to the segregated and overwhelmingly Hispanic miscegenation that it experienced. Brazil, Cuba and Venezuela received more European immigration than Chile (quantative & qualitative).

Of course, this should not be minimized. On the contrary, the Chilean Europeanness is probably the most colonial, natural and achieved with less European women in the new world.
