This is the next logical question, but I don't have a specific answer. In general, the more south you go, the less attractive are the inhabitants. So as for who might be the least attractive, some area that has been heavily degraded by Arab/Muslim colonisation, such as the Iberian peninsula or the Balkans. Just my opinion, of course.
