I agree. Thing is, for me, almost everyone can look Argentinian, because there's no Argentinian look, just like there's no US American look.
I'd say, if we are to generalize, that the "average" Argentinian look would be Italian. But then again, that obviously doesn't reflect the whole population.
So, yes, the people on the pic don't look typical but they do look Argentinian. Hope that's not too redundant.
