Imo, both pairings are roughly on par. For White Americans and Uruguayans, although on an individual basis there is a lot of crossover, as groups they are fairly easy to tell apart because of their generally different ethnic/national origins and the fact that many Uruguayans still have albeit small amounts of Amerindian admixture. Similarly, although Black Americans and Dominicans can often overlap on an individual basis, as a whole Black Americans tend to be noticeably darker-skinned than the more heavily Euro-admixed (and to an extent Amerindian-admixed) Dominicans. So, what do others here think?
