You have seen the rate of crimes per country, look and then analyze the rate of criminals and only examine the white people(no blacks,asians,muslim, hispanic etc) then try to do the same with the European countries, there you will have a conclusion.

Impossible to do this because when non-white hispanics commit crimes they're often lumped in with whites to artificially inflate white crime rates.
