Her hair was dark brown.
Her eyes were hazel (I guess it's obvious from the pic). She was fair-skinned (between Phototypes II and III, I'd say).

Eye color is distinguishable pretty easily, but hair's is difficult, thanks for the aid.
Pigmentation is passable for Southern France then, French are distinct from Southern Euro by having very small black hair percentage in population, they are the most northern shifted nation in the Mediterranean.
