As for Copernicus a while ago I e-mailed the scientist who tested his purported remains and asked him if his DNA is available somewhere online for download. Because I wanted to upload Copernicus to GEDmatch.

Unfortunately he has not responded so far.

And I think they never attempted to test autosomal DNA.
