franks became superior power that got high civilisation and structure after adopting christianity. paganism is suited for primitive tribal societies because it has no hierarchical rules needed to bulit great nation.

The one good thing about Christianity is how it progressed European Architecture. Some of the European Cathedrals are really spectacular.
