Take some magic shrooms or acid. Wait until whichever god(s) appear, say Allah in your case, they will tell you what to do. Amerindian shamans and many pagan shamans and people in general would often take psychoactive substances before seeking advice from their respective god(s). I see no reason why this practice should be abandoned today.

I get where you are coming from. I go through this myself sometimes. Right now in particular.

I also have gone through some bad things in the past. I try see it as a valuable learning curve in my life. You should try turn the shit that happened to you in the past into a positive.
