Well we have Plazma

That was kind of the reason why they started getting immigrants in the first place. Their new generations were getting f'ed up and they needed the workforce.

Well, it is quite an interesting point of view, but I am not so pessimistic. There was once a French writer who suggested that Europe is the coastal regions of the continent, and that places like Germany or Russia are simply not European. Today we are discovering that the difference between seaborn people and continentals cannot be bridged as easily as the leaders of the E.U. thought when they rushed to expand the union with most of Eastern Europe. Nevertheless, even the Germans eventually became civilized, but not before losing two world wars, resurrecting themselves, a rapid economic advance and eventually frequent travels outside of Germany which offset their inherent mentality.

There are plenty of Eastern Europeans who could follow the German trajectory and eventually come to their senses. Nevertheless, the Balkans are indeed very far from that heading in that direction. We are in are in a critical junction right now, with the E.U. not realizing how close to collapse it really is - something that shall become evident only after the next European elections. Hopefully the shock from the polls - which shall be significant given that voters might be "frightened" to vote for right wing parties domestically but they vote more loosely for the European parliament - will awaken plenty of idiots in the EU and most certainly freeze all potential EU admissions. Any stupid experiments beyond that point shall be very costly for the Brussels elites.
