Slavic admixture in Vlachs

Noticed Vlachs have some pretty important Slav admixture either in autosomal or ydna. What's the reason for this phenomenom ? Never knew for that before learning about pop genetics tbh.

Historically, the Vlach presence spans all the way to Wallachia, starting from Thessaly, and covers almost all of the Slavic Balkans.

However as I mentioned Aromanians come from different places and most of Aromanians or Vllachs live either in Greece or Albania, it is estimated that there are up to 200K Aromanians in Greece and up to 200K Aromanians in Albania.

Other countries such as Macedonia, Serbia and Bulgaria have significantly small numbers or Aromanians compared to Greece and Albania.
